California residents may request information about the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, as well as the categories of those third parties. We are only required to respond to such requests once per calendar year.
Legal Bases for Processing (UK GDPR Article 13 Disclosure)
Where the UK GDPR applies, the Company acts as the "data controller" for personal data processed through the Service.
